Millennium Electrical is a market leader for the provision of innovative, power-based engineering solutions. As a company they provide electrical design, installation and maintenance services at both a local and national level for their industrial clients.
The Client
Christchurch based Millennium Electrical had previously used another internationally well know system for 3 years. As a system it was health & safety focused but did not go too much further. Their teams found it cumbersome to use and as a result did not log as much in the system as they could have, due to the difficulty in doing things. That meant that recording things in the system was not always front of mind.
With Mango, it has a modern look that is really appealing so the team wanted to use it and it brought in a lot more than just health and safety.

Pulling information for project documentation or prequalifications was time consuming but needed to be done.
The previous systems were difficult to navigate around meaning it was a chore and people just didn't use it well as a result.
The current systems no longer met the needs of their growing business and didn't cover evrything they wanted in one system.

It's an easy to use system and has allowed them to becoem more organsied with a lot of information in one place such as plant & equipment records, training records or even the MSDS sheets meaning they are available anywhere.
The meeting minutes are now stored in Mango with people logging into the system to acknowledge the minutes.
